If you are a membership director of a Greek Fraternity or Sorority then this program was designed with you in mind.

This Internet based program allows you to easily handle the difficult task of recruiting new members for your chapter. With sometimes over 500 potential new members going through Recruitment, you know the task can become somewhat overwhelming.

If your organization is already using Greek Membership Recruitment Manager and you need a user name and password, please contact your advisor or headquarters.

 It is an Internet based program, so it can be used by any computer, smart phone or tablet computer that has an Internet connection.
 
 It uses an Oracle SQL database for increased speed and many users can be entering data all at the same time.
 
 Voting Members can score the PNMs using their smart phone or tablet computer while meeting the PNM.
No more late nights loading all the scores after the party. To be released by August, 2012
 
 Backups are automatic. The program and all the databases are on a server in a fireproof building, with daily backups and mirrored hard drives. (If one drive fails the other drive is immediately brought on-line while the other is replaced. 99% uptime).
 
 Access is password secured. Passwords are created automatically, and can be changed by the user at any time.
 
 Data security. Proprietary data is not on any computer in the chapter house. All data is stored on a remote server.
 
 Headquarter membership officers have access to the chapter recruitment databases at all times.
 
 We can provide an auto uploading web service that updates the headquarters server with the accepted new members.
 
 We also provide an upload service for the chapters where we upload the PNMs directly into the database from ICS, Campus Director or a spreadsheet.
Saves hours of time entering sometimes over 500 names into the system.
If ICS provides academic achievements they are also uploaded and used for a reference for assigning bonus points.
