Greek Membership Recruitment Manager is a comprehensive program for choosing new members and producing timely reports for Panhellenic.

Features

• Platform independant. Use any computer that has an MS internet browser 6.0 or higher and an Internet connection.
  
  
• Multi-user. Any number of users can be entering data all at the same time. With sometimes over 500 potential new members to deal with, if you have 10 or more members entering data all at the same time, each member only has to enter 50 or less potential new members each. If Panhellenic offers potential new member's lists electronically, we can provide an upload service to save even more time.
  
  
  
• Do not have to buy any new computers for each Chapter. Recruitment officers could use their own desktop or laptop computers as long as they have access to the Internet.
  
  
• No installation headaches. Software does not have to be installed on a chapter PC. No CD’s to ship, no installation problems with the different types of Windows Operating Systems.
  
  
• If there is an upgrade to the program there is no need to update the software on the chapter computer. Once an upgrade is installed on the server all users are immediately upgraded. Again no need to ship and install the program on individual CD’s
  
  
• Backups are automatic. The program and all the databases are on a server in a fireproof building, with daily backups and mirrored hard drives. (If one drive fails the other drive is immediately brought on-line while the other is replaced. 99% uptime). As an option Headquarters can copy via FTP, all the databases from the server and archive them.
  
  
• Access is password secured. Passwords are be controlled by headquarters via their own administration area. If there is an officer you no longer want to have access to the program you can merely change their password or eliminate them from the list.
  
  
• Data security. Proprietary data is not on any computer in the chapter house.
  
  
• Headquarter recruitment officers have access to the chapter recruitment databases at all times, from anywhere in the world. No longer does a chapter need to mail reports to headquarters.
  
  
• Headquarters based software can be developed to generate reports from all the chapter databases. For example, you can generate a report that shows a list of all Potential New Members with legacies, from all the chapters
